Check Schedule<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into Cougar Tracks<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Student<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Registration<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Go to Add\/Drop Classes<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  5. Check your registration status and section numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Tips:<\/p>\n

    If you have any late-start or short-term courses, you can set an alarm on your phone for the start date.<\/p>\n

    You can verify your registration Status<\/em> in each course.\u00a0 If you have (WL) waitlist status listed for a course in Cougar Tracks<\/em>, you will not see the\u00a0course in Canvas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>You may obtain an add code<\/em> from the instructor to enroll if there is seating available. For instructions on how to add WL<\/em> course, please see below.<\/p>\n

    Add a Class<\/h2>\n

    1. Log in to Cougar Tracks<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to Student<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on Registration<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    4. Go to Add\/Drop Classes<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    5. Select a Term.<\/li>\n
    6. Go to the course for which you have an Add Code<\/em>.\u00a0 Select the Action<\/em> drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
    7. Select the Web Registered<\/em> option.<\/li>\n
    8. You should see a screen that asks for the add code you were given. Enter it, and select Validate<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    9. You should see the\u00a0Approved<\/em> message (photos:\u00a0 upper right) after validating the code. If you do not, reach out for assistance in adding a course.<\/li>\n
    10. Go back to your schedule to make sure it states that the class was Re-Added<\/em>. You do NOT want it to still say WL.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Notes:<\/p>\n

      Once you are registered and show this class on your schedule in Cougar Tracks, you need to wait 24 hours<\/em>\u00a0<\/b>for your account to be updated in Canvas<\/b><\/a>. You should be able to access the course in Canvas the morning after you add.<\/p>\n
