Logging into Canvas<\/h1>\n

You may have noticed, the Canvas Login process has changed<\/span><\/p>\n

Access Canvas from the TC Webpage<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

  1. Go to the Taft College Website<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the \u201cBookmark\u201d icon in the upper right corner of the home page. (See picture below)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    3. Select \u201cCanvas Login<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

    Logging Into Canvas Via MyTC Portal – You will notice that the Canvas Login redirects you to your MyTC Portal account.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

    If this is the first time you\u2019re logging-in to Canvas, you will have to enter your Student ID which is your A#, and a password.<\/p>\n

    Your username will be your A number with a Capital A.<\/p>\n

    Password will be the first letters from your first and last name and the last 6 numbers of your student ID #. (no spaces, first letter is capitalized)<\/p>\n

    Example: Jose Garcia ID: A00123456<\/p>\n

    Username=A00123456<\/p>\n

    Password = Jg123456<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    If you need to reset your password, please note that your password should be:<\/p>\n
