Open CCC<\/strong><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” text_align=”left”][vc_column][vc_column_text]California Community Colleges is the system that student\u2019s go to when they first decide to\u00a0\u00a0 attend a Community College. CCC is working on ensuring all community college students have a CCC-ID.<\/p>\n

This has nothing to do with your TC account or ID.<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#dd9933″ border_style=””][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

If you get stuck on the Open CCC page after logging into Canvas:<\/h2>\n

  1. Select the \u201cForgot?<\/b>\u201d<\/span> tab.<\/li>\n
  2. Follow all the prompts to retrieve your username\u00a0information. You will have to provide personally identifiable information for CCC to retrieve your account.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to your personal email account for the reset email message.<\/li>\n
  4. Reset your Open CCC login account information. *Don\u2019t forget to write your login info down for the Open CCC site<\/i><\/b>.<\/li>\n
  5. When done with the reset process, log into the Open CCC site.<\/li>\n
  6. Once logged in, open a fresh tab and try logging into Canvas one more time.<\/li>\n
  7. If you see the Open CCC login page after logging in the 2nd time, log into the Open CCC account and repeat step 6<\/span>. <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you get stuck on an error page, that says “Your Session Has Timed Out”, after setting up your account information,<\/span><\/h4>\n

    1. Keep your Error page open.<\/li>\n
    2. Open a fresh tab on the same browser and try to login to Canvas from the TC Homepage one more time.<\/li>\n
    3. You should be popped right into Canvas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
