{"id":2367,"date":"2015-11-04T13:12:04","date_gmt":"2015-11-04T21:12:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pre-production.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/?p=2367"},"modified":"2015-11-04T13:12:04","modified_gmt":"2015-11-04T21:12:04","slug":"escape-a-halloween-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.taftcollege.edu\/echo-online\/blog\/2015\/11\/04\/escape-a-halloween-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Escape: A Halloween Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By Alberto Muro<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0326.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2376\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0326-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0326\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Traffic was backed up for those wanting to exit the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino as thousands of music enthusiasts were on a pilgrimage to the biggest Halloween dance party in Southern California.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0301.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2374\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0301-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0301\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insomniac Events proudly welcomed its attendees to the 4<sup>th<\/sup> annual Escape: Halloween experience while thousands of people flocked to the venue in what is considered to be a life changing experience.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0351.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2370\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0351-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0351\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Californians were not the only ones in attendance as\u00a0people came from Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, and Washington.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0282.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2372\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0282-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0282\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attendees got to experience visual effects from the stages, to carnival rides to pyrotechnic art exhibits and those who were tired from dancing all night were able to sit under illuminated trees.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0338.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2377\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0338-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0338\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>From 4pm to 2am, those in attendance were in for a night of dancing and interacting, and as a safety precaution Insomniac Events allowed totems\u00a0at the event to alleviate the frustration of being lost in a sea of people.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0308.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2375\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_0308-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0308\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Both Friday and Saturday nights drew crowds of thousands and an unbelievable amount of positive vibes that resembled a modern Woodstock.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;  By Alberto Muro    Traffic was backed up for those wanting to exit the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino as thousands of music enthusiasts were on a pilgrimage to the biggest Halloween dance party in Southern California.
