The pristine white uniforms of the Moorpark College Raiders, opposite the Cougars, reflected brightly under a cloudless sky.<\/p>\n<p>The Cougars dominated the first half, scoring two goals within the first hour of the game and the Raiders defended fiercely for the rest of it. The Cougars huddled up at halftime while head coach Angelo Cutrona stirred them up and laid out the game plan for the second.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0049.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3676 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/oldweb.taftcollege.edu\/tcwp\/cougaronline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0049-e1476132767715-1024x534.jpg\" alt=\"img_0049\" width=\"1024\" height=\"534\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want you to be hungry lions out there!\u201d Cutrona said.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0men came back with just as much tenacity while Moorpark\u2019s morale clearly waned.
