\nTRANSFER CENTER!<\/p>\n
The Transfer Center mission is to assist students to transfer beyond the community college into public, private, or independent 4-year colleges and universities.\u00a0 Emphasis will be on the preparation and transfer of underrepresented students.\u00a0 Please explore everything the Taft College Transfer Center has to offer and be sure to call or visit during our hours of operation for further assistance.<\/p>\n
Transferring to a four-year college or university is an important step in your educational career. Transfer Services will help you prepare to transfer to a college or university of your choice through workshops, activities, events, and advising.<\/p>\n
The Taft College Transfer Center provides a variety of services and workshops for students interested in transferring to four-year institutions and is designed to make transferring from the community college to a baccalaureate granting institution as successful as possible.<\/p>\n
Taft College embodies a diverse population of students; many of which are first generation college-bound. Taft College is student focused and strives to meet the needs of the wide range of students from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, different educational levels, with a variety of personal and educational goals.<\/p>\n
Services available include CSU\/UC Workshops, on-campus visits by university representatives, visits to university campuses, articulation information, and agreements with colleges and universities.<\/p>\n
