January 22 - March 15

Community Scholarship packets due to the Financial Aid Office by 4:00 PM

March 11 - April 5

Taft College Bookstore will be hosting a GRAD Fair from 8:00 AM through 5:00
PM, Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM through 1:00 PM.
Contact the TC Bookstore at 661.763.7731 for details.

April 5

Deadline to order cap and gown regalia packages. Place orders in the Taft
College Bookstore or online at Bookstore.taftcollege.edu.
All orders placed after this date will incur an additional fee.

May 1 - 15

Regalia packages are available for pick-up in the Taft College Bookstore no
later than 1:00 PM on May 24th, 2019 – Graduation Day.

May 24

5:15-5:30 PM – Commencement Check-In by the pool
5:45 PM – Rehearsal begins
6:30 PM – Line up at the Martin Memorial Stadium – Taft Union High School
7:00 PM – Commencement begins

All graduates must be present if participating in commencement dressed in their
cap and gown. Commencement ceremony will immediately follow rehearsal.
Important things to remember:

  • NO BALLOONS OR AIR HORNS IN THE STADIUM
  • No tickets needed
  • First come, first serve for parking and seating for all guests
  • Gates will open at 6:00 PM

Stadium is located on San Emidio Street between Wildcat Way and 10th Street.
