Appointments are a maximum of one hour and 3 times a week per class. You can schedule your appointments 2 weeks in advance.
It is requested that if a tutoring appointment must be cancelled, the student is responsible for canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. Three (3) “no-show” appointments will result in the student losing one-on-one tutoring privileges for the remainder of the semester. If you are a student of the DSPS program all rules remain the same, except we can extend the 1 hour appointment time to 1.5 hours. To qualify for this extension, you must show your DSPS card to the front desk assistant while making the appointment.
