TIL Application Packet

Students complete the TIL application by taking the following steps:

1. • #1 Application Checklist – (Print, use & submit)
   • Read: (#2 Dear Applicant letter, #3 TIL Intake Process & #4 TIL Intake Interview Procedure)
   • Print: (Fill out & submit: #5 CCC Release, #6 Applicant Information Sheet, #7 Skills Inventory & #8 Rules, Give #9 to Service Coordinator)

Please do not submit partial applications. You will be notified when Intake receives your application.
